Alantra promotes Peacock to partner
Alantra has promoted consumer sector specialist Simon Peacock to partner.
Peacock joined Catalyst Corporate Finance in 2006 – it combined with Alantra in 2017 – and co-leads the consumer sector team, with a focus on food & beverage deals. He is part of the senior team based in the Midlands. He also authors The Grocer Fast 50, an annual report published in conjunction with The Grocer magazine.
Peacock advised Key Capital Partners on its sale of Alliance in Partnership to Sodexo, and advised Palatine Private Equity on its secondary management buyout of CET.
Prior to joining Catalyst, Peacock was finance manager at United Biscuits, the maker of McVitie's biscuits, Jacob's Cream Crackers and Twiglets. He joined United Biscuits in 1999.
