Bowmark hires LDC's Adcock

Bowmark Capital has appointed former LDC portfolio director Simon Adcock as head of portfolio management.
In his new role, Adcock will be responsible for managing and developing the portfolio and value creation function at Bowmark.
Adcock joined from mid-market PE firm LDC where he worked for three and a half years as a senior portfolio director. Prior to that, Adcock was partner and regional head of corporate advisory at Deloitte.
The hire closely follows the final close of Bowmark Capital Partners VI on its £600m target.
