DC hires Luycx from Torch Partners

DC said the move will further bolster its TMT practice after it completed 50 deals in the sector in 2018.

Luycx joins from Torch Partners, where he worked for 10 years, latterly as managing director in the software and technology M&A division. Prior to Torch Partners, Luycx worked for Dutch investment banks Kempen & Co.

DC employs 120 TMT bankers at 34 offices across Europe, Asia and the Americas. It advises on M&A, debt raising and restructurings.
