ICG hires Jamie Rivers from BC Partners
ICG has hired Jamie Rivers as a managing director in its UK equity and mezzanine team.
Rivers joins from BC Partners, where he worked for 15 years originating and executing private equity investments primarily in the UK. These included Acuris (the parent company of Unquote), CarTrawler, Cote Restaurants, Elysium and VetPartners.
At ICG he will focus on finding investment opportunities among UK-headquartered firms as part of ICG's broader European strategy. ICG closed Europe Fund VII on €4.5bn in November last year.
