ThinCats launches £100m PE-dedicated lending platform
UK fintech company ThinCats has launched a ТЃ100m funding platform targeting private-equity-backed businesses.
The programme will invest £250,000-15m in both initial sponsor-backed deals and existing private equity portfolio companies.
ThinCats has worked alongside private equity before, providing £5m to Piper Private Equity-backed casual dining chain Flat Iron, and supporting the US expansion strategy of Rockpool Investments' Revolve Technologies.
ThinCats has invested £400m in around 500 UK companies since its launch in 2011.
