UK mid-market private equity firm has promoted Andrew Davidson to investment director and Jessica Hardy and Katie Chung to assistant directors in its investment team.
Davidson joined Dunedin in 2013, and worked on the buyouts of GPS, EV and Alpha. He previously worked in the business recovery services department of PwC and qualified as a chartered accountant.
Hardy has been involved in the buyouts of Knightsbridge and GPS, and currently represents Dunedin on the CitySprint board. She joined the firm in 2014 after working at Accenture in the strategy practice, focusing on the UK utilities and global resources industries.
Since joining in 2015, Chung has worked on the exit of CET and the buyouts of FRA and Incremental Group. Chung was previously in the corporate finance team at PwC working on transactions in business services and telecommunications, media and technology.
Dunedin targets UK buyouts with a deal size of £20-100m in the business services, financial services and industrial sectors. The firm recently completed the buyout of Acquis Insurance Management, which is its third buyout in 12 months.
