BGF hires Inayat in Birmingham office
UK-based private equity firm BGF has hired Subi Inayat as an investor in its Birmingham office.
Inayat's responsibilities will include deal completion and portfolio management, and he will join the Midlands investment team, which is led by Gurinder Sunner.
Inayat is joining from KPMG's corporate finance team, where he worked in M&A, LBOs, and debt and equity financing.
He qualified as a chartered accountant in 2018.
BGF is a minority, non-controlling equity partner, which typically invests between £1-10m in companies across the UK and Ireland. The firm recently expanded its office space in Birmingham.
