LDC bolsters Bristol team with new investment director

LDC has hired Stefan Gunnn as investment director in its Bristol-based south-west and Wales team.
Gunn joins LDC's team from NatWest. He was a director in the Bristol-based structured finance team, with responsibility for originating and executing transactions across the south of the UK.
He started his career at Mazars, where he qualified as a chartered accountant in 2006. He also worked for Deloitte's corporate finance team and HSBC's corporate and structured banking team.
At LDC, Gunn will be responsible for identifying potential investment opportunities, leading transactions and supporting LDC's portfolio of investment companies.
Recent LDC investments in the south-west region and Wales include outdoor adventure business ZipWorld. The firm also sold Devon-headquartered traffic management specialist Amberon and fume extraction and filter technology manufacturer BOFA in the past year.
