
Inflexion's Hardcastle joins DealCloud

DealCloud, a technology platform serving fund managers, has recruited Inflexion team member Matthew Hardcastle as client development director.
Hardcastle joined DealCloud in July and was previously assistant director at Inflexion Private Equity, where he worked on deal sourcing and execution, strategic consulting and post-deal value creation. He joined the mid-cap firm in 2014.
Prior to that, Hardcastle was a senior analyst at consultancy firm CIL, where he worked for two years after graduating.
DealCloud is a technology platform allowing investors to manage their deal, relationship and fund management data. The company targets investment banks, corporates, debt capital providers, family offices, and private equity, venture capital and growth capital firms. Inflexion is one of the firm's clients.
