
Palatine launches £300m fourth-generation vehicle
Palatine Private Equity has registered Palatine Private Equity Fund IV, its fourth-generation vehicle, according to a Companies House filing.
The fund is targeting £300m, according to an SEC filing.
Palatine Private Equity Fund III closed on £220m in June 2015, four months after it was launched in March 2015 with a target of £200m. The fund's LPs included Adams Street Partners, Access Capital Partners, East Riding Pension Fund and Golding Capital Partners.
Palatine's flagship funds invest in UK regional lower-mid-market funds, while its Impact Investing Fund targets businesses requiring equity tickets of less than £10m, with a focus on delivering positive social impact. The impact fund closed on £100m in 2017.
Evercore is acting as placement agent for Palatine IV, according to the SEC filing.
Palatine declined to comment.
