Growth Capital Partners hires A&M Capital's Gray
UK-based Growth Capital Partners has appointed Michael Gray as origination director.
Gray first worked at mid-market specialist Lyceum Capital, where he was responsible for off-market origination across several sectors. He subsequently spent four years as head of sponsor coverage at Grant Thornton.
He left the firm in January this year to join A&M Capital, the investment arm of Alvarez & Marsal, where he worked for a brief stint as head of origination.
Growth Capital is currently investing via its Growth Capital Partners Fund IV, closed on £205m in 2017. It typically provides tickets of £5-40m.
