Sidley Austin hires Campbell Lutyens' Maher

Maher joins the firm's investment funds practice and will be based in Sidley Austin's London office. He will focus on primary and secondary transactions across illiquid asset classes.

Maher joined Campbell Lutyens as deputy general counsel in 2015. He later acted as general counsel.

He was previously a partner in private funds at Kirkland & Ellis in the London office and began his career at Simmons & Simmons.
