
Simpson joins Campbell Lutyens as general counsel

Campbell Lutyens has appointed Kate Simpson as its new general counsel.
In her new role, Simpson will be responsible for the firm's legal affairs on an international basis.
Simpson previously spent eight years as a partner in Proskauer Rose's private funds group, where she assisted clients with the establishment and structuring of international investment funds, secondaries deals, and synthetic and co-investment structures.
Simpson also has experience at Kirkland & Ellis, where she was promoted to partner in 2008 and worked from 2007 to 2011.
