Clearwater makes eight hires in the UK

Dyke has been promoted to the position of partner in debt advisory from his role as director. He started his career in corporate finance in Grant Thornton before joining RBS in the corporate banking division. He then returned to Grant Thornton where he worked in the debt advisory team prior to joining Clearwater.

David Grassby has been promoted to the position of director in the corporate finance team in Clearwater's Manchester office, from his role as associate director. Prior to joining the firm, David held various positions in Deloitte's debt advisory and financial services audit teams.

Other promotions at the firm include Jonathan Grant, Shahbaz Qasim, Dan Shrimpton, Kirsty Handley and Mike Slater to associate director, and Kieran Virr to senior associate.
