Finatal launches dedicated PE recruitment practice

The new practice will complement Finatal Portfolio, which focuses on sourcing talent for PE-backed businesses and was hitherto the core of Finatal's offering.

The Finatal Private Equity division will be led by new hire Charlie Linacre. He has joined from PE recruiter PER, where he spent the past 10 years hiring investment, portfolio and fundraising professionals at all seniority levels.

William Weston has also joined the new team, having spent a year at Arkesden Partners.
