Growth equity specialist Gresham House Ventures has recruited Rupesh Patel as investment director.
Patel will work across Gresham House's portfolio companies, looking to accelerate growth and build value.
Most recently, he worked at Praesidian Capital, a transatlantic private equity and debt fund focused on lower-mid-market businesses; he joined Praesidian in 2015, and was responsible for minority growth and buyout investments.
Prior to that, Patel led M&A and private equity transactions at Grant Thornton, where he spent eight years with the business focusing on £5-100m transactions.
