August Equity hires Walsh, Stevens and Coates

Walsh was most recently at PwC, where he was a member of the corporate finance M&A advisory teams in London and New York. He joins as an investment manager focusing on new investments.

Stevens joins the firm as a manager in the portfolio team and was previously at Endless since 2015. He started his career as a corporate finance M&A adviser at KPMG.

Coates was previously at Grant Thornton, where he qualified as a chartered accountant while working across its M&A teams. He joins August Equity in the portfolio team as an analyst.

The firm closed its most recent fund, AEP V, on £300m in 2020.
