Queen's Park Equity hires Manning from Livingbridge

UK-based private equity house Queen's Park Equity (QPE) has hired Nick Manning in its investment team.
Manning joins the investment team from mid-cap private equity house Livingbridge, where he was an associate director. He joined Livingbridge in 2019 following stints at Arrowpoint Advisory and KPMG.
While at Livingbridge, Manning worked with companies across the healthcare and business services sectors.
QPE was set up by former Sovereign Capital executives Jonny Kay, Jose Rodriguez and Ed Goddard. Its debut fund, Queen's Park Equity Partners I, was registered in May 2020 with a target of £150m and held a final close on its hard-cap of £185m in December 2020. The fund targets buyout and growth capital investment in the education, healthcare, pharmaceuticals and technology services sectors. The fund focuses on lower-mid-market companies across the UK.
QPE notably backed the MBO of Cambridge-based property management company Encore Group earlier this year. The deal was the third platform investment from Queen's Park Equity Fund I.
