Pemberton hires Graeme Dell as COO
Private credit fund manager Pemberton Asset Management has appointed Graeme Dell as its new chief operating officer.
Dell started at the firm on 1 July, and replaced Thomas Lack, who retired at the end of June.
He joins Pemberton from private equity firm BC Partners, where he was COO for the last seven years.
Prior to BC Partners, he was the group finance director at Ashmore Group from 2007 to 2014 and The Evolution Group from 2001 to 2007. He previously held senior roles with the operations, technology and finance divisions at both Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs.
Pemberton is currently deploying its Pemberton European Mid-Market Debt Fund II, which held a final close in August 2019 on €3.2bn. According to Unquote Data, it recently provided debt to Epiris for the acquisition of fitted bedroom and office furniture retailer Sharps Bedroom in June, and to buyout firm HLD Associés for the acquisition of French company Photonis in February.
