Inflexion hires Pagnotta as partner
Inflexion has hired Isabelle Pagnotta as partner in its services team.
Pagnotta joins from her role as managing director at Omers Private Equity.
In her new role, Pagnotta's responsibilities will include sourcing deals for Inflexion's services sector portfolio. The GP's current portfolio companies in the sector include Spain-based financial services platform Auxaudi, which the firm acquired in August 2020.
Inflexion's previous investments in the sector include agricultural data and market insight provider Kynetec, which the GP sold to Paine Schwartz Partners in a USD 225m deal for more than 3x money and a 25% IRR.
The new appointment brings Inflexion's team to 112 people. The GP has made a series of appointments over the past year across many departments, including its investment and finance teams, and the GP announced four partner promotions in July 2021, as reported.
The announcement comes shortly after Inflexion's buyout of fire detector testing systems company Detectortesters, as well as its sale of its minority stake in Medivet, which saw the veterinary services business acquired by CVC in a GBP 1bn deal. The GP has now made 11 platform deals in 2021, as well as six exits over the past 12 months.
