
Lincoln hires three for financial services team
Lincoln International has announced that it has hired managing directors Jay Bliley, Antoine Dupont-Madinier and Max Cornu-Thenard to bolster its financial services team in New York and London.
Bliley will be based in New York and joins from his role as managing director at Stephens. Prior to this, he spent almost 20 years with Merrill Lynch.
Madinier and Cornu-Thenard will be based in Lincoln’s London office. Both have joined from Panmure Gordon. Madinier had previously held roles at firms including Morgan Stanley and Alpha Strategic, while Cornu-Thenard spent 15 years with KBW.
Lincoln said in a statement that the development of its financial services practice, combined with its complementary industry experience in technology and business services, is expected to enhance the services that the firm can offer to its clients. According to the same statement, the firm also covers sub-sectors including insurance, asset management, wealth management, asset servicing and financial technology.
According to Unquote Data, Lincoln has advised on recent European financial services deals including Advent International and Eurazeo’s acquisition of Switzerland-based integrated payment solutions provider Datatrans.
