
EY hires new Midlands M&A lead from Houlihan Lokey

EY has hired Jeremy Harrison to lead the firm’s Midlands-based M&A advisory team, poaching the executive from Houlihan Lokey.
Harrison will join EY’s Birmingham office where he will lead the M&A advisory team. In a press release, Simon O’Neill, office managing partner at EY in Birmingham said Harrison’s appointment will further support the firm’s regional growth strategy.
Previously, Harrison was managing director at Houlihan Lokey in the global industrials technology group for two years. Prior to this, he was a partner at Alantra for 15 years. He started his career at PwC as an associate and then a manager in the post-deal services team, according to his LinkedIn page.
According to the press release, Harrison brings with him over 20 years of experience advising mid-market entrepreneurs and companies on acquisition, company sales, and capital raising across the Midlands.
