Bowmark announces promotions in management and origination teams
Bowmark Capital has made two promotions, with Stephen Delaney joining the firmтs senior management committee and Luca Mastrodonato promoted to origination partner.
The GP said that Delaney has played a key role in the technology practice at Bowmark, since joining the firm in 2014 from Darwin Private Equity.
Some of his key investments include Node4, which was sold to Providence in March last year, the acquisition of ASK4 in February 2018, and a minority stake in Focus Group in early 2020.
Mastrodonato leads Bowmark's origination function, which has expanded significantly since he joined in 2011 from EY. He has worked across the technology, business services and media sectors.
Bowmark closed its latest fund, Bowmark Capital Partners VI, in January 2019 at GBP 600m.
Most recently, it acquired workflow automation provider WSD in a primary buyout.
