Houlihan Lokey announces promotion in Manchester office
Houlihan Lokey has promoted Adam Sivner to managing director as it aims to grow its Manchester office further.
Sivner was part of GCA Altium, which merged with Houlihan Lokey last year. During his tenure at GCA Altium, Sivner was involved in over 40 transactions across the industrials and technology sectors and advised on seven deals last year, including the sales of SRL Traffic Systems to 3i Infrastructure, Deep Sea Electronics to Generac, and WCCTV to LDC, according to a press release.
Sivner told Unquote that in his new role he will focus on the technology and industrials sectors across the UK and Europe.
Houlihan Lokey's Manchester office is led by Adrian Reed. Over the course of the last year the investment bank has made nine new hires across several departments in Manchester, including industrials, technology and business services.
Sivner said the plan is to grow the firm's team across the technology, business services and industrials sectors. "There is a clear desire to grow both regionally and across the UK while extending our leadership team. We want our UK and European teams to complement Houlihan's US technology and industrials teams," he said.
