
Mayfair promotes two partners

Mayfair Equity Partners, the UK-based private equity firm focused on tech and consumer, has promoted two new partners.
The GP has promoted Paul Reading from managing director and Tushar Pabari, chief financial officer, who will also retain his role.
Reading joined from EY in 2019, as a specialist focused on post-merger integration planning. To date, Mayfair has supported 41 bolt-on acquisitions across 19 platform investments, it said in a statement.

Pabari joined in 2018 from Headway Capital Partners. He's responsible for the financial affairs of the firm and its funds as well as leading Mayfair’s operations and compliance functions.
The firm has made five additional promotions and four new appointments, including a chief talent officer.
Mayfair closed its latest buyout fund, Fund II, at GBP 650m in January 2019.
