Graphite makes value creation and investment team hires
UK-headquartered Graphite Capital has announced the appointment of Emma Winter and Nick Eichorn as value creation directors, alongside Matt Hamilton-Allen as an investment director.

Winter previously headed the digital transformation practice at boutique management consulting firm The Birchman Group. In her new role, she will assist Graphite Capital's portfolio companies with the implementation of technology strategies and with strengthening their business processes.

Eichorn joins from Aurelius, where he worked on value creation within the portfolio's leadership teams. His prior experience includes his role as chief operations officer at nutraceuticals company Minerva Research Labs.
Hamilton-Allen joins Graphite from his role as an investment director at Rutland Partners. Previously, he spent for years with Hawkpoint Partners. He has experience in the healthcare, industrials, business services and clean technology sectors in the UK mid-market.
Graphite Capital's recent activity includes its acquisition of recruitment service provider Opus Talent Solutions in November 2021. The GP is currently deploying equity via its 2018-vintage, GBP 470m Graphite Capital Partners IX fund.
