Keyhaven bolsters team with six promotions
Keyhaven Capital Partners, a specialist secondaries private equity firm, has made six promotions in its team including Sarah Brereton to partner.
In her new role as partner, Brereton will be sourcing, executing and overseeing UK-based and pan-European investments.
Before her six-year tenure at Keyhaven, Brereton was a corporate finance executive at Gaelectric for almost two years. Prior to that she was a senior associate at KPMG, according to LinkedIn.
Following this promotion, Keyhaven has a total of eight partners.
The firm has promoted other members across the investment and operations teams including Damion Osu to Investment Director; Zaid Tabani to Head of Finance; Michael Haddad to Investment Manager; Yunzhen Zhao to Head of Fund Accounting; and Sarah Baha to Head of Compliance.
Keyhaven is currently deploying equity via funds including Keyhaven Secondaries Fund III, which was registered with the UK Companies House in October 2020 with a target of more than EUR 500m. The vehicle invests in funds, portfolios of funds and direct secondaries in the European small-cap market, according to Unquote Data.
Dedicated to the European lower mid-market, Keyhaven has invested or advised on more than EUR 2bn in deals and made over 60 secondaries investments in Europe.
