Agilitas bolsters team with two new hires in London
Mid-market sponsor Agilitas has hired Philip Krinks as an ESG transformation consultant and Arnaud Moreels to its investment team.
Before joining Agilitas, Krinks was a partner at Boston Consulting Group for 15 years, working within the healthcare and natural resources sectors. Prior to that, he spent 10 years as a director at The Saint Martin's Partnership, an organisation that helps charities, social enterprises and public bodies to grow sustainably. In his new role, Krinks will support Agilitas' responsible investment approach.

Moreels will support Agilitas' investment team's coverage of niche subsectors in Europe. He has more than ten years of experience in private equity. His past experience includes two years at Lion Capital as a principal and eight years at Providence Equity Partners. Moreels started his career at JP Morgan, spending four years within the investment banking team, according to LinkedIn. His sector experience spans infrastructure, logistics, consumer technology media, telecommunications and technology.
Agilitas is currently deploying equity via Agilitas 2020 Private Equity Fund, a EUR 565m fund that held a final close in March 2021. The vehicles focuses on mid-market businesses in western Europeans across sectors including environmental technology and services, high-acuity healthcare, education, and essential infrastructure, according to Unquote Data.
