
Equistone makes three ESG manager hires

European mid-market GP Equistone has hired three ESF managers in its offices in London, Paris and Munich with the aim of supporting the firm’s sustainability objectives in its current portfolio and new investments.
Jessica Clavette joins the GP’s team in London from sustainability consultancy Sancroft. She also has prior experience at Aleron Partners and Farnam Associates.
Diane Vignalou joins the Paris office from research and consulting firm EthiFinance. Prior to this, she worked as M&A analyst at Sycomore Corporate Finance and as a financial auditor at KPMG.

Sophia Nicol will join the Munich team to cover the DACH region and the Netherlands. She previously worked at EY, where she was a manager in the firm’s sustainability service practice.

ESG is part of Equistone’s investment and portfolio management processes, the firm said in a statement. The new hires are part of the firm's investment team, according to its website.
Equistone is a UN PRI signatory and has worked with PwC to develop an ESG assessment tool to identify ESG risks for its portfolio companies and new investments.
