HIG hires two
HIG Capital has appointed Johannes Huttunen from Silverfleet Capital as senior associate and Johan Pernvi from Ratos as director.
The pair will both join HIG's London team.
Huttunen, who joins as a senior associate, worked on originating and executing deals as part of Silverfleet's London team. Previously, he worked for European Capital, focusing on UK buyouts, and prior to that in the healthcare M&A team at Deutsche Bank. Huttunen holds a degree in management sciences from the London School of Economics.
Pernvi, who joins as a director, was previously a senior investment manager at listed Swedish firm Ratos, where he focused on buyouts. Prior to that he worked for Bain & Co. Pernvi holds an MSc from Stockholm School of Economics and a BSc from Lund University School of Economics and Management.
