Hogan Lovells hires SJ Berwin's Harris
Law firm Hogan Lovells has hired former SJ Berwin partner Ed Harris in its London private equity corporate practice.
Harris has been a partner at law firm SJ Berwin since 2007 after a stint at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. He has advised clients including Terra Firma, Pantheon Ventures, Investindustrial, EQT, Actavis and Constellation Software throughout his career.
Notable transactions he advised on while at SJ Berwin include the €2.57bn acquisition of Annington Homes by Terra Firma.
Hogan Lovells' London-based private equity practice comprises 24 professionals, according to the firm's website. Around half are partners.
