Furlong, who joins as a director, was previously deputy head of leveraged finance for the north of England for HSBC, where he arranged facilities to support sponsor-led deals across the three regions. Prior to this he held director and associate director roles in HSBC's leveraged finance team.
Grimoldby joins from RBS, where she was director in the northern corporate transactions team, overseeing leveraged deals. Previously she was an assistant director in RBS's Manchester-based structured finance division.
Both new starters will report to Neil Price, managing director and head of acquisition finance.
