Lyceum Capital has expanded its team with two new hires in addition to two in-house promotions.
Mark Swallow was appointed operations manager and Adam Lewis joined as investment executive. Swallow was previously head of finance for Sage Pay, while Lewis worked at NBGI Private Equity prior to the new appointment.
The two new hires expand the Lyceum investment team to 24 and follow the promotion of Humphrey Baker and Martin Wygas to investment directors.
Most recently, Lyceum Capital sold UK energy consulting business M&C to French corporate Schneider Electric. The deal was estimated to be worth £90m.
