
Endless hires general counsel

UK-based turnaround investor Endless has appointed Simon Hardcastle as general counsel.
Hardcastle joins from Walker Morris, where he was a director in the corporate department. At Endless, he will focus on providing legal support for investments.
"We have worked with Simon on many of our deals since we launched in 2005 and we know from first-hand experience he is an excellent lawyer and will widen the experience of the Endless team," said Endless managing partner Garry Wilson in a statement.
