Mobeus hires three

Mobeus has appointed Richard Babington (pictured), Clive Austin and Guy Blackburn to its investment team.
Babington, who joins as an investment director, previously held the same role at NBGI Private Equity. He spent eight years with NBGI and had been named as co-founder Mark Owen's successor alongside Lawrence Dean when Owen stepped down in August 2013.
Austin has been appointed as a portfolio director and will serve as a non-executive director on several Mobeus portfolio company boards. He has previously held roles at NVM Private Equity and 3i.
Blackburn meanwhile returns to Mobeus as a portfolio director. He was previously an investment manager at Mobeus between 2007 and 2012, and spent the last year with GrowthAccelerator.
