Grahame Cook is new chairman of Epi-V
Specialist oil and gas investment fund Epi-V has appointed Grahame Cook as its new chairman.
Cook will contribute to the impending portfolio expansion of the UK-based fund that is cornerstone-backed by Lloyds Development Capital.
The trained chartered accountant and former head of WestLB's private equity wing, Lyceum Capital, is also chairman of Sinclair Pharma and MDY Healthcare plc.
He said: "Epi-V is a highly differentiated and specialist fund where my skills in advising on private equity transactions and growing fund values are highly appropriate."
Epi-V is an independent fund that typically invests £2-10m of expansion capital in UK and international businesses developing technology-based applications for oil and gas production.
