Florman and Oldroyd join MCF as advisers

Former BVCA CEO Mark Florman (pictured) and ex-Bridgepoint partner Graham Oldroyd have joined MCF Corporate Finance as senior advisers.
The advisory boutique has also promoted Richard Maynard to partner after almost nine years at the company. He focuses on UK energy and renewables businesses. He previously spent four years at Deloitte where he qualified as an ACA.
Florman was previously managing director at Doughty Hanson and a founding partner of Maizels Westerberg & Co. He currently sits on the boards of several corporate, advisory, political and regulatory organisations.
Oldroyd spent 23 years at Bridgepoint and held several positions there, including head of the Nordic region, and head of manufacturing and industrials. He has also been appointed a Church of England commissioner with effect from 1 April 2014.
In their new roles, the senior advisers will aid MCF in expanding its network, particularly in the Nordic region, and advise on deal sourcing.
