
Hamilton Lane appoints ex-3i Paul Waller as partner
Private equity and advisory firm Hamilton Lane has appointed Paul Waller as a partner in its London office.
Waller will focus on client development and overall marketing initiatives, as well as provide strategic support to the firm.
Waller joins Hamilton Lane from 3i, where he served as a managing partner with responsibility for investor relations and fundraising. He had been a member of the 3i senior leadership team since 1999.
Recently retired after 35 years, Waller previously served as co-chair of 3i's investment committee. He will continue to hold various board seats and advisory roles while working with Hamilton Lane in a part-time capacity.
Waller is a former chairman of EVCA and previously chaired the trade body's investor relations committee.
