Woollard joins Paul Hastings as partner
Law firm Paul Hastings has hired Duncan Woollard as a partner in the corporate practice of the firm’s London office.
The new partner joins from King & Wood Mallesons (KWM), where he was a partner and advised on a range of private equity- and venture capital-related matters, including mezzanine funds.
Wollard was hired by SJ Berwin before the firm's merger with KWM, and his recent work includes the structuring and formation of Pantheon's $3bn Pantheon Global Secondary Fund IV.
