
Dorsey & Whitney hires Denham as partner
Law firm Dorsey & Whitney has hired Paul Denham as a partner, based in London and advising on leveraged finance and banking.
Denham specialises in acting for lenders (both senior and junior), borrowers and private equity firms on leveraged buyouts and acquisition finance. He also has experience acting for clients on venture debt transactions. He will work alongside both Dorsey's corporate and finance practices, in the London office.
Prior to joining, he was counsel at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe, having joined the firm from Morgan Lewis & Bockius. Prior to that he was an associate at Dewey & LeBoeuf between 2007-2012. He started his career at SJ Berwin in 2002.
Dorsey's London office now counts 38 attorneys, including 17 partners.
