
Ludgate commits £730,000 in Hightex
Ludgate Environmental has claimed a stake in Hightex Group by investing £730,000 to buy 10,000,000 ordinary shares.
The environmental fund will focus on enabling Hightex to develop its solar energy subsidiary, SolarNext.
Specialising in solar cooling system technology, SolarNext provides its customers with kits, which can adapt to different types of buildings. So far the company has sold over 30 systems for both residential and commercial properties.
Hightex projects have been carried out worldwide, which have included the concourse at the Bangkok International Airport and the Dolce Vita Shopping Mall in Lisbon.
