Isis's Hurrell joins Bridges Ventures
James Hurrell, previously associate director at Isis Equity Partners, has joined Bridges Ventures as investment manager.
Hurrell has joined Bridges' Sustainable Growth Fund team – the vehicle closed last year on £125m.
While at Isis, Hurrell focused on new investments as well as working with existing portfolio companies. He focused particularly on healthcare and education, working on investments including Create Health and YSC.
Before joining Isis, Hurrell was an associate with DC Advisory where he worked in the leisure and retail sector team in London.
Hurrell has a degree in geography from Oxford University.
