
Ropes & Gray appoints new partners
Law firm Ropes & Gray has appointed Michael Kazakevich and Daniel Martin as partners in the firm's London office.
Kazakevich is a legal adviser on high-yield and leveraged finance transactions, advising investment banks and private equity firms on high-yield debt issues, credit facilities, bridge loans, tender offers and acquisition financing commitments.
Martin focuses on bankruptcy and business restructuring. He advises debtors, creditors, insolvency practitioners and private equity sponsors, including institutional and hedge fund creditors.
Both partners will be based in Ropes & Gray's London office.
