Next Wave promotes Wood to investment director

Wood will lead new deals as well as sit on the board of portfolio company Secured Mail and continue as board observer at ITI Energy.

At Next Wave he has been involved in all of the firm's acquisitions including European sustainable packaging company Petainer, market research firm SPA Future Thinking and e-commerce logistics company Secured Mail.

Prior to Next Wave, Wood worked for PwC's strategy group as a commercial due diligence specialist and advised on 25 UK and European mid-market transactions for clients including Doughty Hanson, Apax Partners and Bridgepoint.
