
Credit Suisse appoints secondaries director
Credit Suisse has appointed Mark McDonald as London-based director of its secondaries activities for the EMEA and Asia regions.
McDonald will work alongside vice president Jonathan Abecassis, who has worked for Credit Suisse since 2006.
McDonald, who brings with him 17 years of experience in the banking and private equity sectors, worked as an independent investor before joining Credit Suisse. Until February this year, he worked as a director at Keyhaven Capital Partners in London.
Prior to this, McDonald worked at Pomona Capital in London between 2004 and 2010, following stints at 3i and Barclays Capital.
