Graphite Trust transfers out of Vision
Graphite Enterprise Trust has sold its holding in Vision Capital Partners VI to Iena Holding, according to a regulatory filing in accordance with the Limited Partnerships Act.
Vision Capital Partners VI is a €350m fund raised in 2006. When the vehicle was closed, Goldman Sachs Asset Management's private equity group was named as the fund's largest investor.
Graphite Enterprise's remaining third party investments (outside of the Graphite Capital funds) include Cinven's fourth fund, CVC European Equity Partners Fund V, Activa Capital II and Bowmark Capital Partners IV.
