Catalyst Corporate Finance has recruited two new dealmakers, Jack Atkins and Oliver Norman, for its London office.
Atkins joins Catalyst from PwC, where he was a senior associate in the corporate finance team. There, he worked on transaction services and assurance with clients including Diageo and Greene King.
Norman joins the corporate finance firm from EY, having specifically focused on clients in the financial services industry.
Catalyst moved into its new London offices in June 2015 and has since recruited five new dealmakers, including these recent hires. It also hired Guy Taylor as a director in its debt advisory team in July.
