Lyceum Capital adds Bourn as partner
Lyceum Capital has brought Jonathan Bourn on board as a new partner.
The new hire joins the firm's investment team, with a focus on investing from the £330m Lyceum Capital III fund.
Bourn joins the British GP from Baird, where he had been a managing director of the firm's global investment bank.
Prior to his stint at Baird, Bourn had been a partner at AAC Capital Partners for 11 years. He formed part of the GP's pan-European fund team, whose portfolio companies includes TGI Fridays UK and NSL Group Services.
He has also held positions in Credit Suisee First Boston and NatWest's leveraged finance teams.
Bourn is the third new face brought in by Lyceum to manage the latest fund.
