Bains joins LDC Birmingham

In his new role, Bains will focus on sourcing deals and supporting LDC's existing portfolio companies.

In his previous position, Bains was a managing director at GLP, a leisure-focused advisory firm, which co-invests alongside private equity partners. Notable deals he worked on include PureGym, CarTrawler, Betfred and Virgin Active. He worked at GLP from 2006-2016.

Prior to GLP, Bains spent three years with PwC in London where he qualified as a chartered accountant.
