Matrix announces new £21m VCT fundraising
Matrix Private Equity Partners has launched a ТЃ21m fundraising process for three of the VCTs it manages.
The offer is open for investments between £5,000 and £200,000 and will be split equally between the Matrix Income & Growth VCT, Matrix Income & Growth 4 VCT and The Income & Growth VCT. Matrix received £1.4m at launch that will be subscribed at the first allotment of shares in January.
The three VCTs linked to the offer provide access to a combined asset pool of approximately £100m and a portfolio of more than 50 companies. Matrix is offering an incentive of an extra 1.5% of shares for investors who invest before 17 January 2011. Matrix Income & Growth VCT has also announced a dividend of 4 pence, which early bird investors will be entitled to receive.
